How does the Airbnb and VRBO sync actually work?

HomesLogix connects through each platform's official integration where available, and a secure read-only method otherwise. We import stays, payouts, and basic guest details, and we never request more access than we need.

Is the mileage log IRS-compliant?

Yes. Each trip records the date, start and end locations, total miles, the property it relates to, and the business reason. That meets IRS contemporaneous logging requirements for the standard mileage deduction.

Do I have to use the mobile app?

No. The web app does everything. The mobile app is the easier way to capture mileage and receipts in the moment, but you can use one, both, or switch as it suits you.

What about my data and privacy?

Your records belong to you. HomesLogix is built by SolveLogix, a security-focused studio, and our defaults are privacy-first: no sale of data, no behavior tracking, full export anytime.
